01Who is responsible

Hookforge is operated by Dima Concepts, which is the data controller for the processing described in this policy.

02What this policy covers

This policy covers this website (hookforge.nl) and the Hookforge application: the developer applications and API connections operated to work with advertising and analytics platforms, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram ads), Google (Google Ads and GA4), TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest.

03Data collected on this website

This website uses no analytics, no advertising pixels, no tracking cookies — no cookies at all.

Our hosting provider, Hetzner, keeps standard server access logs (IP address, browser, pages requested). These are used only for security and operations and are deleted on a rolling basis.

If you contact us by email, we process your message solely to respond and to handle the working relationship. The signal-request form on the homepage collects an email address and a market description, used solely to produce and send your first signal report.

Legal basis: legitimate interest and, where applicable, performance of a contract.

04Advertising and analytics platform data

All client-owned data is accessed exclusively through the client's own accounts. The client grants access on their own ad account or analytics property and can revoke it at any time. Hookforge also reads publicly available advertisements from the platforms' public ad libraries — public data about advertisers and their ads, not about individual platform users.

Data accessed: campaign structure and settings, performance metrics, ad creatives and copy, aggregated audience statistics, and aggregated GA4 analytics. No personal profiles of platform end users are collected, extracted, stored, or enriched.

This data is used exclusively for reporting, analysis, and campaign management for the client who authorized access. It is never sold and never shared beyond that client.

Processing takes place under the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies, the Google API Services User Data Policy, the TikTok Business Products (Data) Terms, the Snap Developer Terms, the Pinterest Developer Guidelines, and the GDPR. Data is stored on secured EU infrastructure, retained for the duration of the client engagement, and then deleted or anonymized.

05Use of AI tools

Hookforge uses AI models — primarily Claude by Anthropic, alongside image and video generation providers — for analysis, reporting, and creative generation. We use commercial API terms: submitted data is not used to train the providers' models.

Client engagements involving personal data are covered by a data processing agreement that lists these providers as sub-processors. Transfers to the US take place under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

06Data deletion

You can revoke Hookforge's access at any time in your platform's own settings, which stops all further data retrieval. Data already stored is deleted on request within 30 days.

07Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, and data portability. To exercise any of these, email dmitry@dimarketing.nl. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch supervisory authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
