01Who we are
Hookforge is operated by Dima Concepts, KvK 77580176, Bordetstraat 11, 1221 HV Hilversum, the Netherlands. Contact: dmitry@dimarketing.nl. These terms govern use of hookforge.nl and the Hookforge service.
02The service
Hookforge is a creative intelligence and launch platform for performance marketing operators: competitor intelligence, account reporting, creative generation, and pushing approved ads to the customer's own ad accounts in paused state. The service is currently in a founding-user phase; features and availability may change.
03Accounts and workspaces
Access is per workspace. The customer is responsible for their credentials and for the accuracy of information provided. One workspace serves one client account context.
04Platform authorizations
The customer connects their own advertising and analytics accounts and warrants they are authorized to do so. Access can be revoked at any time via the platform's own settings. Hookforge never activates ads: ads are delivered paused, and a human activates them in the platform's own tools.
05Acceptable use
No use for unlawful, deceptive, or discriminatory advertising. No attempts to extract data about individual platform end users. No reselling of access. Compliance with the advertising policies of the connected platforms remains the customer's responsibility.
06Content and IP
The customer owns their uploaded brand assets and the ad creatives generated in their workspace. Hookforge owns the platform, its software, and its analysis formats. Competitor material shown in Intel is public ad-library data, presented for analysis; the customer may not republish it as their own.
07Fees
A flat subscription per workspace — never a percentage of ad spend. Generation usage is metered in published credits, with no silent expiry of purchased credits. Current figures are agreed in writing during the founding-user phase and will be published at public launch.
08Availability and support
The service is provided as-is during the founding-user phase: reasonable efforts, no uptime guarantee yet. Support via email.
09Liability
Liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. No liability for indirect damages, for the performance of advertising campaigns, or for decisions of the advertising platforms (account bans, ad rejections, policy changes). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Dutch law.
10Data
Processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy. Client engagements are additionally governed by a data processing agreement.
11Termination and export
Either party may end the engagement per the agreed notice. On termination the customer can export their data; stored workspace data is then deleted per the privacy policy.
12Changes and law
These terms may be updated with notice. Dutch law applies; the competent court is the district court of Midden-Nederland.
